Stories from the Most Wonderful Time of the Year

December 24, 2020

The Christmas season is just around the corner and we put our Year 11 on a creative writing mode. Storytelling is not just about smacking a piece together without proper context. Telling a story requires the entire framework, who are your audiences? what is the message? what kind of story are you telling? Creative writing is a thought process and it requires the writer to put themselves in the position of the reader and bring that story to life. In the English subject, we put our students to the test and here are 2 pieces written by Amber and Kaydenn. May the lively spirit of Christmas brighten your holidays this season!
