Key Stage 3 & 4 Drama and English Teacher

All subject teachers in the Secondary section report to the Head of Departments and the Acting Head of School, and are expected to provide creative and dedicated teaching for our Secondary students, supporting their development and transition to A-level/college/university or work life.

●Demonstrating Excellent Subject Knowledge In Core Subjects
●Previous Experience Of At Least 2 Years Teaching Igcse / Gcse / Ibdp
●Previous Experience Teaching Eal Students (Preferred)
●Showing Very Good Understanding Of The National Curriculum For England And Wales And Keeping Up-to-date With Curriculum Developments.
●Showing Awareness Of Learning And Teaching Developments
●Being Able To Apply Ict Positively In The Classroom To Enhance Learning And Teaching
●Being Prepared To Work With Students And Teachers From Many Nationalities
●Having A Positive Approach To Working Within School Structures
●Sharing Good Learning And Teaching Practices With Staff And Parents
●Setting Consistently High Expectations For Students
●Ensuring Lessons Are Thoroughly Planned, Prepared And Delivered
●Demonstrating An Ability To Assess And To Assess And Evaluate Data Effectively
●Meeting Deadlines Punctually
●Being Able To Make Positive Contributions To The Life Of The School
●Contributing To Co-curricular Activities (Ccas) For Primary And/or Secondary Students

On application

●Two-year renewable contract (extended each year by agreement)
●Housing allowance of RM1,500.00 per month for the Appointment Period (subjected to Benefit In Kind (BIK) tax by the Malaysian Inland Revenue).
